I appreciate all the feed back (I am Zlatan). Thanks Dr. Skeptical Scalpel. For clarification, the covering of the arm hair was meant for the circulating nurse performing the prep (still ridiculous). We haven't started waxing our bodies and fortunately none of our female staff have beards, hairy arms (or chests). Will update after the inspection.
Thanks for the cool anonymous name too!

It's the name of a soccer player. I always use soccer players' names for aliases.
