As a Nurse Case manager of both Medicaid and Medicare this idea that cost effectiveness in the long term, depends on a formula, is setting people up for failure. The best management is about education, education oh did I say education..<br />As both a Nurse and a practitioner of Chinese Medicine, Ia m always assume people know more that they do about their own health care . It does not mean they are stupid, they just don't know, any more than I know about good financial health, just wasn't exposed to the information.
